Tonight I sit and ponder the state of so many people around the world who contemplate their fate.   How quickly life can change.   We sit with plans, dreams and decisions all carefully organised in our heads … but these can be changed in a moment when something as obscure as a Virus can shape our destiny.

People who saved and prepared for dream holidays on Ocean liners, others off to visit family or work away from home … then suddenly this changes and their world looks so different.   How vulnerable we can sometimes find ourselves in life.   What can we do to hold this all together so that we do not panic and find ourselves in complete confusion.

The most important place is to find the Strength that always is seated very much at the centre of our being. That quiet place that comes with contemplation and meditation and prayer.  Each person has their own and it always sits well … The slow deliberate breath of life, listening to it, feeling the strength of it and knowing that each deliberate step will make itself apparent to allow us to find our footing again.

May each of you find yours, the purpose of this moment that directs you to exactly where you need to be and position yourselves to overcome your own situation.  Believe in your own purpose and being and it will be.
